Fred is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS, the Cape Cod and Islands Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Board of New York and has been working in the industry since 1983. Licensed as a real estate broker in Massachusetts and New York State, he is well qualified to represent clients in all aspects of the process of buying and selling real estate.
Fred and his family are residents of Cape Cod where they have lived since 1994 in a restored antique house. He has been actively involved in its restoration and the creation of its impressive gardens. Originally from New York City, they maintain a home in Manhattan. A graduate of Trinity School in Manhattan with a B.A, from Gettysburg College and an M.A. from New York University, Fred has also done additional study at N.Y.U.'s Real Estate Institute and appraisal studies at N.Y.U.'s School of Continuing Education. Along with his work in real estate, Fred has been serving clients and customers in the business of antiques and fine art since opening a gallery in New York City in 1973. Combining his knowledge and experience in both the fields of real estate and art and antiques, Fred is well positioned to assist clients in buying and selling a home and its contents.
